Article 4: AI Literacy
Providers and deployers of any AI systems must take measures (to the best of their ability) to ensure sufficient AI literacy among their staff and others dealing with the operation/use of AI systems on their behalf
“AI literacy” means skills, knowledge, and understanding to deploy AI informedly, aware of opportunities, risks, and potential harms (as defined in Article 3(56))
